Centre Lift Mobile Field Bins

Similar in design to the Mobile field bins, the centre lift bins offer ease of maneuverability with little compaction in the paddock.

With the need to travel during harvest, the centre lift design allows the bin to zero turn and can be towed along roads at a safe reasonable speed. The down side to this design is that it is not recommended to move the bin with grain in it and as most customers say, this is a built safety feature. Railway crossing, creek crossings, banks and gullies are no problem due to the centre lift bins heavy duty hydraulic adjustable draw bar allowing the bin to tilt. The hydraulic lift phasing cylinders operate the dual axle walking beam smoothly up and down and maintain level lifting.

The double I-Beam chassis design provides a foot print that gives almost perfect floatation in all soil conditions. Inside the 100T and 115T CL bins are single full length hydraulic adjustable cut-off plates were as the 130T and 145T bins are fitted with 50/50 split hydraulic adjustable cut-off plates that allows the bin to be emptied more evenly and gives the farmer the ability to blend grain for better returns.

The low 3.6 meter fill height gives clear vision into the mother bin from the tractor and chaser bin while dual heavy duty roll tarps allows the chaser bin driver to load from either side and fill the bin full. Being able to load into the field bins from both sides avoids downtime as trucks can load from the bin on one side and chaser bins can unload into the bin from the other.
